NFL Week 2 Blackout Alert
Written by Synergy Legal, Inc. on 2:50 PMThe Detroit Lions and San Diego Chargers sold enough tickets for their home openers this Sunday to have the looming blackout lifted in their respective local markets. However, the Jacksonville Jaguars did not, despite pleas from Mayor John Peyton. The Jaguars game against the Arizona Cardinals will be the first NFL game this season blacked out. There were a total of 9 games blacked out during the 2008 season, and 4 were blacked out in 2007.
